SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All our products at THE GLASS COUTURE is uniquely handcrafted and developed accordingly. Slight variations / dissimilarities on the shape or designs which are not any imperfections may be expected due to the nature of handcrafted (hand-made) products, hence they are not to be taken as any faulty products and no such reasons will be accepted for a return.
Any Terms & Conditions mentioned on the website apply to all the products purchased via www.theglasscouture.com or any order placed through Social Media or offline on phone, WhatsApp, chat platforms, message platforms or through our Customer Service Teams which are all managed by The Glass Couture.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES OF THE GLASS COUTURE. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.
IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY (" ADDITIONAL TERMS "). IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE SUPPLY TERMS AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE ADDITIONAL TERMS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE IN RELATION TO THAT SALE.
SHIPPING POLICY
Upon placing a successful order, the product(s) will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, however receipt of the shipment may take up to 10 working days. The details of your order will also be emailed to your registered email address.
We, under no circumstances, entertain or accept any cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4 -10 business days depending on the delivery pin-codes. Kindly note that Saturdays, Sundays and public / local holidays are not regarded as business days. In case, we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Express Shipping does not apply incase any bulk orders of value of over Rs. 10,000.00, as the shipping time may exceed over the estimated time.

We ship through registered courier companies only. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
Kindly provide a contact number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We ensure high quality and craftsmanship in our products. Every product shipped from usgoes through multiple quality checks. We DO NOT offer any returns / exchanges OR refunds on products delivered in perfect condition. Refunds, if accepted, will be done only in the form of Store Credit. Store credit is valid for the next 15 days from date of issue. In case, the customer has received an incorrect product that doesn’t match with the ordered product, we will be happy to exchange your product.
Missing product claims require an unboxing video. Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item you ordered.
2. If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the prepaid package is refused by the recipient. In case it comes back and the customer wants to order the items again, customer will pay the following charges: return courier freight, new courier freight. This is non-negotiable as per our company policy.
Once your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, the customer will have to email us at info@theglasscouture.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us the entire unboxing video and the image of the item.
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over post 24 hours ofdelivery. We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp upon the approval or rejection of your refund. If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value or provide a store credit of your order amount within 14 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check. All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or theglasscouture.com.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns for items bought on sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges
No Compensation Policy: If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given in the form of product exchanges, returns or store credits. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as a loss to business cases. THE GLASS COUTURE holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
Non-liability for shipping delays. THE GLASS COUTURE uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time, sensitive orders, please feel free to reach our customer service team.
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, THE GLASS COUTURE reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, THE GLASS COUTURE is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.
Returned orders to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Return requests to be approved by THE GLASS COUTURE before initiating the process and there are no refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or on discounted items.
