Shipping policy

The Glass Couture is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship through reputed courier agencies only to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Please refer to some of our policies below:Ā 

  • The estimated time of delivery is displayed on the shipping page. However,Ā these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.
  • The delivery times are always subjected to the location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery once the courier is dispatched by the courier company but we will surely help you out in tracking down a package in case of any issues through our partner courier services.
  • You will receive an email with your package tracking information as soon as it is dispatched.
  • In case of Cash On Delivery (COD), payment is necessary before accepting the order at the time of delivery. Any refusal of CODĀ orders will result in the user getting COD option DEACTIVATED for all future orders.
  • In case of some cities and areas where COD is not supported by our Logistic Partners, hence the COD option may not be available. In case of any queries, please contact our customer helpline.
  • In case of any special delivery requirements, kindly write us an email stating the same and leave your comment at the time of your order. We cannot guarantee any expedited delivery, but we will surely try our best to consider the request for your order.
  • In case your address / pin code is in an undeliverable location by our logistic partners, we are happy to contact you to find an alternative solution / logistic partner to make your products reach you.
  • In case of any cancellations,Ā kindly send us an email within 6 hours of the order confirmation.Ā In case the order is shipped out,Ā cancellations will not be accepted. Also we will not be able to process any refund if order reaches you and is cancelled at your doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcelĀ by our delivery agent.
